If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day refund or exchange policy.
Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- All packaging, tags, and accessories are intact
- The product is not damaged due to misuse
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care items
- Used beauty products
- Intimate or wearable items that show signs of use
(Unless received damaged or defective.)
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must report it within 24–48 hours with proof (such as photos or video).
A replacement or refund will be processed once the issue is verified.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
Processing typically takes 3–7 working days after approval.
